You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or rent LightClient
- Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the launcher
- Use LightClient for illegal purposes
- Remove or alter our branding
- Use LightClient to attack, harm, or exploit others
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. LightClient uses official Microsoft OAuth - your password never touches our servers.
4. User conduct
You agree not to: cheat or exploit bugs; harass or threaten others; engage in DDoS, doxxing, or hacking; distribute malware or illegal content; impersonate staff or other users.
5. Intellectual property
LightClient, its logo, name, and assets are the property of [Your Company Name]. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB / Microsoft. We are not affiliated.
6. Premium features & purchases
Purchases are processed via secure third-party providers. Prices are in EUR (€), taxes included where applicable. Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered, except as required by EU consumer law (14-day right of withdrawal - waived once content is accessed).
7. Disclaimer & liability
LightClient is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not responsible for server bans caused by user-installed mods, data loss due to user error, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by French law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using LightClient at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of [Your city, France], in accordance with French and EU consumer protection laws.
